Pearson Hinchliffe Commercial Law Advises Systime Inc. on Europe-wide supplier contract
Pearson Hinchliffe Commercial Law has advised Systime Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the CMS Group, and one of the worlds largest Oracle JD Edwards Partners, providing IT solutions in the areas of “… ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Business Integration, Infrastructure Management, Process and Quality, Testing and Validation, and Retail/Point of Sale. Besides a wide array of in-house solutions, Systime also provides comprehensive solutions through strategic alliances with leading business and technology organizations in the world”.
Pearson Hinchliffe Commercial Law’s Company and Commercial department, lead by Partner Roger Hinchliffe, has developed a major contractual document to help Systime manage its complex UK and European supplier relationships.
The document needed to be comprehensive and be able to encompass the intricacies of Systime’s agreements with customers, partners and suppliers.
“As a leading provider IT systems worldwide our contracts involve very substantial fees. It is essential that contractual documents should be of the highest standard and reflect the nature and value of what we do. I am delighted to say that the contract we have developed for UK and Europe with the Pearson Hinchliffe Commercial Law team has proved excellent value both in terms of its robustness and applicability; so much so that the company now holds it up as a model for all other Systime entities around the world to match. I have no hesitation in recommending Pearson Hinchliffe Commercial Law for their service levels and depth of knowledge.” Stephen Moss, Systime Global IT Director.
